NOW Hunters Point seeks to transform a former industrial landscape into a dynamic new activity center that can be a place for environmental restoration and community renewal. In an attempt to capture what can be wanted and loved by the community, the NOW Hunters Point team has embraced an interactive community engagement process as the catalyst for the design, programming and future visioning of the site.

Since 2013, the site and the surrounding neighborhood have been a staging ground for activities working to engage people in the conversation about what the site can become.
