Art Camp

For our second neighborhood and community engagement event of the season NOW Hunters Point produced a Saturday Art Camp for kids and parents. The main event was a screen printing workshop with local Bayview print shop Lords of Print. Youth and community members were able to select ink colors and templates, watch their own garment be printed and learn about the process of screen printing. We also had a hands-on tie-dye station, and an opportunity to weigh in on elements of the design for a future shoreline open space.
